Ticketing Information

  • Tickets can be purchased online and all shows are listed on the What’s On page, if a performance is not sold out.
  • For ticketed events you will need a valid ticket to watch the show. 
  • Latecomers – admission is not guaranteed although offered wherever possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or attendance.
  • Tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain.
  • We do not offer refunds at this time unless we have to cancel an event. Should this occur please contact us via hello@formblackpool.co.uk from the email address you used to book a ticket to request a refund. 
  • You can book up to 10 tickets per show. If you book more than this maximum number of tickets your order may be declined. For bigger group bookings please email us via hello@formblackpool.co.uk.
  • You can collect tickets at the venue up to an hour prior to the performance. You may need some form of identification (including for instance a debit card).
  • We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication and information.

If you have lost your password you can request a new one via My Account

I haven’t received an order confirmation

Order confirmations are sent to the email address you registered for tickets with. Have you checked your junk mail? You can also visit My Account to see your previous orders.

If you are still having problems please email hello@formblackpool.co.uk with your name and email address, and we can confirm whether your order was successful.

Your emails keep going into my junk mail

If this happens please add hello@formblackpool.co.uk to your address book, and this should stop happening.

My basket timed out

Tickets can be held in your basket for 30 minutes, after this time they will be released.

Reservations & Accessibility

We can reserve seats where there is a reason this will help you enjoy the performance. Just email us at hello@formblackpool.co.uk with more information and we will see if we can be of assistance.
